Kremlin orders crack down before poll

MOSCOW - Russian President Dmitry Medvedev ordered the top security agency on Tuesday to crack down on Islamist insurgents to prevent any attacks ahead of a March presidential election, which Prime Minister Vladimir Putin is widely expected to win.
