Toffoli tipped Ferraro's point shot over Ullmark to put the Sharks back in front at 14:43.
Foegele tied it 2-2 at 4:31 of the second period with a wrist shot from the bottom of the right circle that beat Brossoit five-hole.

The Senators then scored a pair of quick tallies 1:05 apart to take their first lead of the game.
Zetterlund converted on the power play to tie it 3-3 at 13:40, firing a one-timer from high in the zone off a feed from Jordan Spence.
Tyler Kleven beat Brossoit short side from low in the left circle to make it 4-3 Ottawa at 14:45.
Michael Misa's snap shot from the left circle beat Ullmark bar down to tie it 4-4 at 3:28 of the third period.
